How to create movement with a Accordian tabs

I created a slide in Storyline with several colored rectangles.  I am trying to create accordian tabs and I have a base layer and a separate layer for each rectangle.  What I am having trouble is creating the "movement" when a user clicks one of the tabs and like an accordian, all of the other tabs fall below... then return.  I was using the move trigger and the line motion path, but there has got to be an easier way as it wasn't producing the smooth movement I was looking for.  What am I missing?  Thanks so much for any insight you may have.
