I am creating a login slide which requires a username and password to jump to the next slide. If we are entering the password, it remains in normal text field.
For that, I installed the "Password" font, which changed its font style.
But if I am viewing the published file on any other system which doesn't have that font installed, the issue exists.
You may find that fonts applied to variable references or text entry fields in your published Articulate Storyline 2 output aren't the fonts you expected.
Fonts can't be embedded in published output for variable text. As a result, default system fonts will be substituted for variable text. Default system fonts may be different for each computer, tablet, or smartphone where your content is viewed.

Hi
this older post may have a workaround -you'll need to trawl through all the examples - maybe start at the end first ;-)
