How to finish up?

Creating my first piece in Storyline. I'm doing a module that has 4 sections (each section teaches about a product) and there is a quiz at the end of each section.

I need some help to finish this thing. I'd love to have Storyline combine the scores of each of the 4 quizzes so when the last quiz is done it goes to an overall results page. Is that possible and if so, what is the process?

If this isn't possible, I'm not sure how I can have the module report back the score to our LMS without adding a large quiz at the end.

My last resort would be to trigger the next button on the last quiz results page that goes to a finish/thank you slide and if they see this, then it triggers complete but it wouldn't pass a score back.
