I have written a number of courses and tests to upload onto our LMS. We are using Growth Engineering which accepts anything in Scorm 1.2. My question is when I want to review which questions they got right and/or wrong all I see is the Articulate code for the question rather than the actual question text. e.g. Scene1_QuestionDraw11_Slide12_MultiChoice_0_0. How can i get this to show the actual text?

I'm not familiar with that LMS, but do you have some reporting options available? This should help in putting the data into a more usable format.
