I've been working with Articulate for a couple months now and have run into a snag. I built this page from one of the templates I found. I need this page to score. Can anyone help me fix the attached page or give me instructions on how to make the adjustments.
Could you tell us what isn't scoring correctly for you? When I answer the question correct I receive the 10 points and a total score of 100%. We don't have partial scoring in Storyline so they'll need to play all the items correctly.
Well this is embarrassing. When these pages are mixed with other slides they are marked as incorrect (even though they are correct) and no points are given... I've added a couple of other slides and now you are able to see what I'm getting. Also, is there a way to get the drag and drop items to stay where they are placed? I believe that my be the problem.
Are you only seeing the score not keep and the slides marked as "incorrect" when you go through the review process? If so, you'll need to look at changing the slide properties to "resume saved state" vs. the "reset to initial state" as the latter is considering this a revisit to the slide and resetting all elements including how the user previously answered.
Let me know if you're seeing something different or you have any other questions.

Ashley,
Thank you. Making the adjustment to the properties fixed the issue!
