I'm trying to grow an object that is already on a slide when the timeline reaches 5 seconds. Is this possible in SL2? I'm not talking about an entrance animation; the object is already on the slide and I am looking to increase its size by 25% from its starting size.
It's possible you could duplicate your object, and have that duplicate enter with a Grow animation in the same position; timed with the object already on the screen fading/hiding at a specific point in the animation, it might look like the object is growing from one size to the other.
But generally in these situations I settle for a fade from old size to new size. Storyline does support motion tweens, but not size tweens.

Another option is to create the grow effect you want in PowerPoint, export it as a video, and place the video in SL.
