In order to upgrade to the newer version, we need to grant admin rights to staff where this is not allow by our policy.
Would like to check on how can we package to do deploy from BigFix to those clients. For now, we had tried to deploy thearticulate-360.exe and successfully deployed, but when we launch the app, it prompted to install the apps. Need your advice
We do have MSI files that are intended for deploying Articulate 360 in an organization. We'd be happy to send those over to you. Please this link to submit a case for us to provide the MSI files via email.
