I do know that you are utilizing what is shared in our best practices documentation: Print current slide: window.print(); Have you tried in a different browser? Are you testing from the intended environment? Are you getting an error? Hopefully someone in the community will be able to assist.

I do know that you are utilizing what is shared in our best practices documentation:
Print current slide:
window.print();
Have you tried in a different browser? Are you testing from the intended environment? Are you getting an error?

The window.print(); javascript usually works for me, but it seems to be affected by browsers. It works in IE, but not in Chrome. You may need to update your Chrome settings to allow javascript to run.
