I'm finding discussions 9 years old on this subject. Is there something newer? We need to remove the "Restart" button. My understanding is that even if "Always resume" is checked, some LMS's still display the Restart button. Thank you in advance for your kind help.
The course restart button will appear for your learners if you have your resume behavior set to "Prompt to resume". If you would like to prevent your learners from selecting this option, select either "Always resume" or "Never resume" instead.
If the "Restart" button is still appearing for you after changing the resume behavior, try testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the same behavior will happen there. Testing in another LMS is a great way to verify if an LMS issue that you're facing is LMS-specific or not.
