I'm an elearning curious at his first demo course and I've got quite a dumb question: how can I set one key on the keyboard - SPACEBAR for example - to act as the mouse clicking on the NEXT button of the player?
I tried to use triggers this way: jump to next slide "when" with "user presses" SPACEBAR but the field "object after clicking on [this slide]" is mandatory, and this creates a lot of problems as I'm assuming to not use mouse at all - and then clicking on the slide - if I want to proceed only with keyboard...
Hi, Francesco, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! ✨
Thank you for reaching out!
The setting after clicking on is just making sure the user is on the correct slide\object, but it does not necessarily mean a mouse click. Even when using a keyboard and the tab key to move through the slide, it will count as after clicking on.

The trigger below will accomplish what you need:
Let me know if this works!
Thank you Maria.
I understand your suggestion, but i was wondering if, only with just one key press, you could jump to the next slide.
It's quite boring to use mouse when it's not necessary: a key stroke is way more faster than point and click.
Thanks.
Hi Francesco,
Thanks for the follow-up! Maria's suggestion above should work for a one-key press to jump to the next slide.
Give it a try and let us know if your setup works differently!
