HTML5 and sound issues on mobile phone (samsung galaxy 4)

Hi,

I'm not sure what the issue is, however my Storyline 2 file does not open up when I choose the "HTML viewer" option on the mobile phone, however it does open when I choose the "internet" option.

The other issue is that once it opens up with the internet option, the audio does not work even though my media volume is high.

Can anyone help with this? Am I forgetting something here?

It may be something with your phone. I had similar problems with my Galaxy 3, but have no problems with sound on my Galaxy Note 4

Thank you very much for your response Kathy.

Actually the sound is working now, however with some issues. It does not run the audio automatically as it should be doing. I need to click on the sound toggle bar or pause and play in order for it to run the audio. This file is using .wma sound files, however maybe I should be using another type of sound file in the future?

Also, I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the fact that I'm using the internet option instead of html viewer to open the file.

I had the same issues - Have you installed the latest Articulate update(s)? - specifically there was an audio issue fixed with Chrome 44. Here is also a link to apply the update without having to republish your SL file :
