HTML5 issue - exit button quits LMS

I'm afraid I don't personally have experience with Moodle, so all I can offer are suggestions. Hopefully someone that's run into this with Moodle before can chime in and help out.

Are you launching the Storyline course in a new window from the Moodle page/launch page? If not, that may help.

I am opening the Storyline course in the same window, but I do not encounter the described issue using Safari (iPad).

In fact, the problem is when I use Google Chrome from desktop pc.

Are you able to test launching the course in a new window? That seems to be a solution for the majority of posts I see about this with Moodle. 

Also, have you tried with any other web browsers on your desktop?
