Hyperlinks and embedded videos not working. HELP!

Hi E-Learning heroes,
I was just wondering if you could help me as I have been only using Articulate for 2 weeks.
I am creating an articulate storyline presentation with embedded hyperlinks and videos(youtube).
None of my hyperlinks are working anymore. The hyperlinks are meant to go straight to PDF files within the same folder as well as web URLs.
When publishing links don't work, as well as the videos.
I am working off a shared folder, publishing worked before, don't know what has gone wrong.
My resources tab displays the links when clicking.
I have even tried starting a new project, and inserting a hyperlink straight to google. This doesn't even work when publishing.
Would appreciate the help.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, but thanks for providing a lot of information about what's happening. Since it seems like Storyline is having some odd behavior, and you're not even able to link to a site such as Google, I'd like to see if you could do a simple repair on Storyline. (You may have to also repair the supporting Windows software). Because you mentioned working off a shared folder, I also wanted to remind you that Storyline works best when working locally.
If you're still having difficulty, can you send your .story file to our team here?
