I've been working with the latest Storyline and some of my hyperlinks do not work: the links work but then the documents don't open. I've saved them in the external file folder. Some of them work and some don't. I have no idea why.
What do you mean that the links open, but the documents don't open? What are you hyperlinking to? Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look?
If you created the links, pointing them to the documents, then moved them, the publish couldn't find them. It marked them as not available, even though you put them in the folder.
Best option is to create links, pointing at present location of documents, then let the publish function take care of them. It will.
