There is one starting scene slide, and 10 subsequent slides. Each has the same buttons at the tope with trigger to go jump to a file. The file is not the same on each page. However, when I publish, no matter what slide I am on the buttons are all going to the same file. I have triple checked all of the triggers and they are correct.
This is the location where my documents go when I publish I file. Also make sure you have the files on your local drive when you are linking to them...you could run into issues if you are trying to link to documents on a network or usb drive.
I wanted to echo everything that Wendy mentioned, and also confirm that you're viewing the published output within the intended environment as described here.
Thank you to both of you. . . I am probably using the wrong tool for what I need, but I like Storyline so much I did not want to use a web editor. But . . .I need the links to go to documents that will be edited periodically on a server. I have begun to write it in the web editor. Thanks!
If you're not changing the actual URL or path to the file, but updating the file itself - it should still link correctly but you'll want to double check that to confirm in case your server set up is doing something differently.

Hi Teresa
Are the files PDFs or docs? if you look in he published folder content can you see all the different files for each link?
They are docs. No, they are not all in the folder. How do I correct?
