I can't edit Storyline Player!

Hi, community! I'm having some problems with my Storyline 3. Since the beginning of this week, when I try to start the program, this "error" screen appears, but when I click "continue" it disappears and open the software. But, another problem is when the file is open and I want to edit the Storyline Player. When I click on it, the error report screen appears and I can't edit anything of the player. Is anyone going through this or knows how to solve this problem?
