I can't quit Storyline without Ctrl+Alt+Del

Nov 15, 2017

I am running Storyline under Parallels on a MAC OS High Sierra. Storyline opens and runs great under Parallels. However, when I try to quit/close the software it doesn't quit. I always have to open the windows task manager (ctrl+alt+del) and close it manually.

This is the only software running under Parallels that causes this problem. (For example I am running "Flipping Book Publisher" in the same way, and I can quit it no problem.)

We are aware of that article. I want to use the features which your article tells me to turn off. (It makes no sense to use Parallels when one has to turn off most of the features just to run a software.)

We have 4-5 different softwares running under parallels on our Macs, and Storyline is the only one that has this issue.

I have posted about this in the past. It would be nice if Articulate would finally address this issue, instead of asking its users to reconfigure their systems to make things work.
