Can you tell us a little more about the video? For instance, what format is the video? Have you tested the video on a desktop browser and had success there? What generation iPad are you testing with? Are you viewing the HTML5 output, or on the Mobile Player app?
The video was originally an wmv file, I thought it gets converted automatically to a MP4 though when I import it in storyline and thats what i see in the final zip file when publish. It works fine on the desktop on windows explorer and on my older mac that runs with safari 5.1.7, it does not seem to work on my new ipad 3 and newer mac with safari 6. I am trying to view it in HTML5 since the LMS we post it to requires a password and does not support the tin-can at this time
If you'd like, we'd be happy to take a closer look at it. Can you please go ahead and open a ticket, including the .story file, so we can attempt to see what's going on?
After further investigation it seems to be our LMS provider, it works fine on ipad and mac when we run it through our new LMS provider, while when we try to run it through our old provider it does not work, we are in the process right now of switching,

Hey Chad, welcome to the community!
Can you tell us a little more about the video? For instance, what format is the video? Have you tested the video on a desktop browser and had success there? What generation iPad are you testing with? Are you viewing the HTML5 output, or on the Mobile Player app?
Thanks for any more details you can provide!
