Hi Janet, welcome to the community! Let us know if the issue is fixed after switching to 96 DPI , as this is the most common remedy for "headless characters". :)
I'm having the same issue and switching the DPI has not worked. I've published other courses with the same character and the issue did not appear so I'm not sure how to resolve this in my course. Help please!

are you working with Storyline on your local drive? and is your windows DPI setting at 96DPI? that can sometimes cause display issues.
