We upgraded the graphics card drivers in our workstations recently, and now one of those PCs is displaying a graphical glitch when browsing characters. The characters either don't appear or the image is corrupted.
It seems to only affect the browsing of classic and modern illustrated characters. Photographic characters use a different dialogue to browse, and once an illustrated character is inserted, the image is not corrupted.
Is there a way of reinstalling the characters within Storyline 360?
My colleague and I are experiencing the same issue. We tried repairing with no success, and we have just submitted support cases. Did you receive any help that worked for you?

Thanks for sharing that image, and yikes! I recommend trying a repair of Storyline 360 to see if that helps with the glitching.
If it doesn't, connect with a support engineer, and they can take a closer look to help troubleshoot!
