What version of Storyline are you using? Storyline does conduct some image compression when you pull images into the content and when your publish your course. Here our the recommendations we've put together for best practices on images and media elements.
Hi Sagar - Preview mode will always display lower quality images than publishing. Can you confirm the image quality issue only occurs during preview and not after publishing?
What types of images are you using in Storyline? If you wanted to share an example here thats a great way for folks in the community and staff offer some other ideas!
I tried to take a look at the published version (Flash output), preview and the original image all at one time. The preview/publish is set to bit a bit smaller than the original image, and therefore the image does scale down slightly which may account for what you're seeing as a difference in quality. Can you take a look at the version I published here and the screenshot I took of them all together?
Also, were you using the image quality setting at publish to bump it up to 100%? I used that as well.

I am using version 2.
Yes, i do not resize images when we use in slide and also put 100% image quality while publish. Still get bad quality.

Great to hear that Keskes - 100% will keep it at original quality or as close to it as possible. 😀
