Images not loading

I'm having an issue with images not loading for some users in Storyline using Chrome Version 85.0.4183.102 and 85.0.4183.121. Chrome is the preferred browser for our LMS. When they try Microsoft Edge it is working fine so I thought I had isolated the incident to users with Chrome 85 but that's what I have and it's working for me with Version 85.0.4183.83. I'd appreciate any other guidance on what could be the culprit. I'm publishing with SCORM 2004.

In the attached image, there should be a picture on the bottom of the screen which they would click on. It's showing up for me so I know it's not the timing of the image.

I have a similar situation with a Presenter course. I know this is an old post but what was the resolution to the original issue?

It looks like it might've been an issue within the LMS for Mara. Are the images not loading when publishing the course or previewing the course?

If it's when publishing the course, can you provide more information as to where you're hosting the course?

For us. it ended up being something with the browser. We didn't figure out what exactly was blocking the images, but typically clearing the cache and trying a different browser worked.
