Imported Engage Interaction won't display after publishing in Storyline 13

Despite following the instructions to insert and Engage interaction as a web object, after I publish and try to run the finished module, I repeatedly get the error: The web object feature on this slide has been disabled while viewing locally because your browser does not support it.  Any ideas?  I am using Storyline 13 and Engage 13.
