Importing a Powerpoint - text and sizing issues (Storyline 360)

I've found that text and images that are part of a Mater Slides in a PowerPoint are not converting properly when importing to Storyline 360 and can't be edited or resized. Is there a work around anyone has found or can you just not use a PowerPoint template with slide master content?
I've attached two examples of slide decks. One converts, for the most part, just fine, the other is built using a template that uses a lot of text and images from slide master slides and does not convert properly at all (to the point that most pages can't even be salvaged). I know the slide sizes are different, but when I import them I do so from the SL start up page, not an existing project so that the correct sizing will be brought in, so I know it is not a sizing issue.

Sorry to hear that you've run into difficulty with this. It looks like this is an issue that has been reported to our team for further review.
