importing audio with ppt presentation

I was able to import the PPT (MS Office 2010) without a problem. But, the audio did not import. What do I have to do to get the audio with the PPT?

Hi Alan,

 Storyline doesn't support sounds that were inserted into PowerPoint animations (as shown here). However, Storyline does support audio that was imported into PowerPoint via the Insert menu as well as narration recorded in PowerPoint. Storyline also supports audio that was imported or recorded in Articulate Presenter.

You'll want to follow the directions here to import from powerpoint, and ensure you're working on local project files as detailed here.

Hi Ashley,

Thank you for your input. I am not trying to import sounds associated with
animations. I'm just trying to import narration audio. For some reason, the
imported sound does not come with the PPT.

Thanks for confirming - were you able to review the other elements I shared to ensure you were importing from Powerpoint correctly? If you'd like to share the Powerpoint here, we're also happy to take a look and try it as well.
