I followed the instructions to import an Engage FAQ interaction into Storyline. However, when I import, I receive an error that says "Engage is not installed" I need to have Engage installed on this system. But, I created the interaction using Engage on this computer. Am I missing something?
I was checking on your case this morning and the last response I see was on the 12th. I just wanted to check in with you and see if the suggestions John sent you resolved this problem. If re-installing didn't fix the issue, please respond to John so he can continue working with you on this.
Currently, Articulate Storyline doesn't support importing content directly from Articulate Presenter '13, Articulate Quizmaker '13, or Articulate Engage '13. We're working to make this feature available in a future version of Storyline. You will need to make the file in Engage '09 in order to import it.
If you have Engage '09 installed, please try and uninstall/reinstall before creating the file.

I just upgrade to update 6 and now I have this issue when I try engage interaction. I have the message Engage Not Intsalled.
I have engage 13 installed.
I installed Engage 09 but same issue.

If you have Engage '09 installed, please try and uninstall/reinstall before creating the file.
You will also need to reactivate it.
If you wish to use the Engage '13 file, you can publish Studio '13 content for web, then embed it in Storyline as a web object.
