I tried using the web object option to upload an html system simulation created using a different tool. But the imported video is not working. Can somebody please help?
You'll want to follow the steps outlined in this article if you're trying to add a HTML page to your Storyline 360 course. You'll want to make sure that you have all of your files in one folder, as detailed here:
Tip: There must be a file called index.htm or index.html in the folder you select, and all supporting files for the web content to function must be in the same folder. Storyline imports all files from the folder where the index file is located.

Sergio,
HTML5 videos are usually loaded with h.264 video formats of some kind - such as MP4. If you have the MP4 video you can import that directly.
If it's an interactive component, you might have good luck using the Web Object import option.
Thanks Steve, that should work.
