Just curious. It looks like you are importing from OneDrive. I'm assuming you tried to import the PPT from your local computer? A few other things you might check (if you haven't already).
I'm happy to chime in! If the troubleshooting steps in Richard's article above do not help with the import issue, would you be willing to share a copy of your PowerPoint file here or privately through a support case so we can look at it? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
