Importing PPT makes Storyline 360 unresponsive

Hello, Articulate Community!

I tried to import a PPT into Storyline, but when I do, Storyline doesn't load the slides and becomes unresponsive and I end up needing to force close the program to do anything in it.  What am I doing wrong?  It happens with any PPT I try to import regardless of the size of the file.
