I tried to import a PPT into Storyline, but when I do, Storyline doesn't load the slides and becomes unresponsive and I end up needing to force close the program to do anything in it. What am I doing wrong? It happens with any PPT I try to import regardless of the size of the file.

I uninstalled, ran the cleanup, and reinstalled Storyline and am still getting the same issue. It's making it impossible for me to work, help!
