I need your help. The external translation agency sent me back the translated word file but for some strange reasons there are some blank white lines that I cannot remove and for this reason the translation import in Articulate is not successful. (see attachment)
Those white lines were not in the original exported file that I sent them.
Is there a way I can quickly remove them or do I have to copy-paste all sentences in a new document?
Are you able to use the "clear formatting" feature in Word? I hope you don't have to copy and paste it over again! Perhaps others in the community can shed light as well.
