I translated my course from English to Russian. After publishing the course, from the third slide it is not playing (It's just freezes from the third slide timeline starts). I've attached the image you can view. Because of that problem triggers are not working. I don't know how to fix this issue. I find this issue only in Russian language.
It is difficult to see what the problem may be from just your description and your image. It sounds like something prevents your project from proceeding. If you could post a copy of your project here, someone can take a look to see what is causing it to stop.
Some things to look for; check your triggers and make sure that there is a way for the project to proceed, and nothing to stop the project. Make sure that the slide isn't waiting on input or some other action. If you can't find the problem, try deleting the offending slide, and see if you can proceed. If so, then you may just need to rebuild that slide.
I fully understand. I'm generally not allowed to share my files either. Take a look at the suggestions I posted. Hopefully one of those will help you to track down the issue.
The seekbar is disabled when it comes to third slide, there are 20 slides in the course. Not only the third slide becomes like that even after second slide whole slide looks as attached image. I face this problem only in Russian format, but not in Portuguese & Spanish.
Would you be able to share the file privately with our support engineers? An NDA can be signed if needed as well.
Do you experience the same issue if you import this single slide into a new file? Perhaps then we would only need to view a small portion of the project.
Sounds great Vignesh - thank you for the update. Was it the import that corrected the issue for you or some other step that you would be able to share?
