I purchased a headset microphone for my computer, plugged it in, and attempted to record a voice-over using Storyline 2. Despite adjusting my audio settings, I am still unable to get the recorded voice. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!
Hi Jean, this could be for a number of reasons so you will need to try a few things to find out what is causing the problem. First step would be to try recording audio in another program such as Audacity (free download). If it does not record there as well then the problem is likely with the microphone driver not installing properly. If it does work then the problem may be with Articulate Storyline.
