Incomplete layer message popping up at end of the slide?

Hi all~
I am perplexed?
On each slide I have disabled the "next" button AND added a layer with an "incomplete message" (so that user has to listen to the entire slide) for the NEXT button to work (and if the click the "next button" before the audio has completed, the incomplete message pops up & they have to click the red X to go back to the slide).
On some of the slides when the slide finished the "incomplete message" automatically pops up at the end! I have double checked the layer settings & everything seems to be correct.
What am I doing wrong or what do I need to change?
So confused!!!
Thanks, Shar :)

Can you share your .story file here so that we can have a closer look?
Hi Shar,
First thought is a trigger set to fire when the timeline ends. Check you base layer triggers and see if there is a "Show Layer..." trigger when the timeline ends.
Hi Shar, Please share the storyfile. Also you can share the one of the slide in which you are facing issue, but it will be really help.
Thanks soo much for everyone's help. I have attached a "sample" of the eLearning with the "issue"!!
