Inconsistent tracking and bookmarking on Saba Cloud

Hi all,

I'm working with the client that uses Saba Cloud When testing our course (SCORM 1.2 format) on client LMS  the bookmarking does not work consistently for users across browsers. The course also does not seem to report completion status consistently: tracking works for some users, but not others. Specifically, sometimes course is marked as complete after user closes it, even if they did not view all the screens required.

I've tested the course on SCORM Cloud in different browsers and I everything works as expected.

My question is what might be contributing to the issue? Did anybody encountered it before?

Hi, Jyldyz - Thank you for your question and sorry to hear your are running into issues! I appreciate that you noted you've already tested your course in the SCORM Cloud, and that everything is working properly.

Typically when that is the case, we recommend that you reach out to the LMS provider directly for additional assistance. And I know I have seen a number of other Saba Cloud users in the community, so perhaps one of those folks could share their advice or experiences.
