Information on how Storyline 3 works with video - Enterprise problems

Hi everyone,
I need to somehow diagnose a problem that I can't replicate and may need some background on how video in Storyline 3 interacts with LMS and enterprise solutions on the back end.
I've got a course on my LMS (Inquisiq) that consists of 10 video cuts, all in one branched course file. When I test it from outside the enterprise, everything works fine. However, everyone who is testing from inside the organization says that the course opens but the videos do not play.
Has anyone run into this? Thoughts on what might be causing it? Doesn't seem to be the LMS so I'm guessing maybe an enterprise security setting? This issue doesn't seem to happen on older courses with video, created in Storyline 2.

Are the videos embedded in the storyline file or are they links outside of storyline, say links to vimeo or youtube?
Embedded. Some others at our org are on Storyline 360 and have had the same issue.
So I just recreated it in Storyline 2 and that works. Not ideal, but functional workaround and easier than fighting through corporate IT!
Ah, in fact a colleague just told me that using the Classic Player instead of the modern player in Storyline 3 also solves whatever this issue is.
