I just downloaded the trial version of Storyline 2 and I am importing a powerpoint file and trying to import audio to insert into the slides. But when I click on the insert tab most buttons are grayed out. What am I doing wrong?
are you by any chance in Story View - if so, many of the options will be greyed out as they do not apply to that view.
If you double click one of the slides, the view will open in Edit view with thumbnails down the side, then you should be able to insert audio or other media. Hope that helps you.
Ok but what I want to do is import audio that is cut up based on the slides. How do I batch process my audio? Because importing the audio one slide at a time is a real deal breaker for me.

Hi David!
Have you considered importing your slides from Powerpoint?
When you import slides into Storyline from Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate Quizmaker, or other Storyline projects, audio resources from the external content are also imported and available for editing. You can read more about adding audio here.
