Insert image problem May 20, 2014 By Daniel Oliveira Hi everyone, I have a strange problem... When I insert an image (like a .jpg, .png), the image don´t appears, only a small symbol is showed (see attached image). Please, what can be? Thanks, best Daniel

I'd first want to check that: You're working on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior. You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate). Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names. Next, I'd suggest conducting the repair of Storyline detailed here. Please let us know if the behavior persists after checking into those elements.

Ashley Terwilliger-Pollard Staff 10 years ago05/21/14 at 6:03 am (UTC) Hi Daniel, Was the image folder not a local folder? If so, that was likely the issue as when working with Storyline you'll want to work with local project files - the .story file and any other resources such as images, videos, etc.
