New to this program and started a new file and when I click on Freeform Question or Survey Question the pop up screen with the selections appears but is huge and cannot be viewed on my laptop or my monitor and there is no scrollbar or option to reduce size.

Which version of Storyline are you using? If you're using an older version of Storyline 360 try upgrading to the most current version (Build 3.78.30747.0). Sometimes that can take care of issues like this.
If that doesn't fix the issue, would you be able to share a screenshot of the behavior you are experiencing? This would give us more information and we can better diagnose the issue.
