I recorded a one hour session and clicked cancel to end the recording. The slides were saving but the Insert Slides popup didn't come up. So, i coud'nt not save the file and export the video.
Are you referring to a screen recording that you made with Storyline 360's 'Record Screen' feature?
If this is the feature that you used, you would have seen a prompt asking you if you wanted to save your recording after clicking on the 'Cancel' button.
If you clicked on Yes, then your recording should still be available in the Record Screen section, and would appear like this:
Please check under 'Record Screen' if your video is still available there.
