I downloaded a trial version of Storyline 360 yesterday and also downloaded tutorial files from E-Learning Heroes. I cannot participate in even the first tutorial because the Insert Toolbar does not seem to be active. I have tried this both in the downloaded tutorial files as well as directly in the trial version of the software. Is there something I am missing about activating the Insert Toolbar?
Hey Wendy. Just to close the loop, it sounded like you were in Story View and just needed to switch to an individual slide view. We were able to confirm that in your case! I wanted to note that solution here in case anyone else came across this discussion with the same issue.

Oh no Wendy! That shouldn't be happening.
Sounds like something may have gone wonky during the download or install.
I'd advise a repair of your software.
