Did a guide on smartphone app usage by recording the whole process on the smartphone.
Video had been trimmed for various stages and inserted with no issues.
Problem is upon publishing, only a select few were able to see the video on a slide while the others only got a black screen. All PCs(in our company) are same models with same OS installed. Why is this happening?
Sorry about the attachments not working! What browser are you using? Are you using the Add Attachment button right in the comment box window like this?:
Also, make sure your users copy the entire published output to their C:Drive or Desktop before double clicking the Launch_Story.exe file to run the course. If they're launching it directly from the network drive, they may run into security restrictions that can effect playback.
