Hi, Jo Ann: David Fair did a great screenr on inserting video as web objects, which allows you a lot of control over start and stop points and other behavior. Here's is the link to the screenr and the Articulate post, which gives you all the commands you can insert in the web address. Just PM or post back if you need more help.

Right click edit video, you can crop the beginning and end
Sorry, I don't see where to edit the video.
I have a link inserted that takes me to a video on the web.
If it is off YouTube you can probably edit the embed code to play a portion otherwise you need to check the website to see if it allows this
