Inserting mp4 video - degrade of soundtrack

Hello all,
I have to insert an mp4 video into my module. I'm used to do it without any difficulty. However, this time, when inserted, the mp4, the soundtrack is slightly desynchronized with the image (may be one 10th of a second) and it really don't look Professional. The mp4 file has been done by a french television chanel and is a message addressed to learners. When the file is played with film and tv or Windows media player, it is correctly read. When inserted in a ST slide, without any other change, the issue shows-up. I tried with ST3 and also 360, same issue.
Is there anything I'm doing wrong or any solution to this issue ? It would really help.
