Inserting MP4 video files into Storyline 2 Aug 23, 2017 By Darrin Allen Hello, I have inserted a mp4 video file into storyline 2 and the video seems to be playing when I preview it. However, there is no audio? Thoughts? Thank you in advance. Darrin

I'm happy to help you nail this down: On you on the latest update of Storyline 2 (Update 12)? Are you working from your local C: drive? What happens if you insert the video into a new Storyline 2 file? Can you hear the audio there? Would you be willing to share the MP4 file here? I'd like to test it on my end.
