Do you mean inserting something like background music? Unfortunately, this isn't an option in Storyline. However, there have been quite a few discussions on this, as well as suggestions.
Jeanette has a great screencast on one of the suggested methods used to accomplish something similar:

I'd also suggest that you submit a feature request, if this is something you'd like to see added to Storyline.
