Were you already using SL2 Update 4? Or are you downloading SL2 for the first time? I've seen the installation fail previously when Storyline is unable to find the original install files (say if you were using Update 4 and moved the install files). If you'd like, it may be easier to troubleshoot this directly with our Support team here.

I purchased a number of SL2 licences for my agency and have waited several weeks for ICT support to install. Unfortunately, this morning the technician failed to install SL2 on a windows 7 laptop as the installation kept stalling with a message that the laptop firewall settings were blocking it's install. Is this an issue with the SL2 installer? The technician advised me to contact Articulate as supposedly she cannot change the firewall settings on networked machines. Any advice welcome. How do I log a support ticket?

yes I was trying SL2 Update 4 for some days since when I know about Update 5.
