Interaction issue on iOS

Jul 23, 2020

Good day everyone!
I have encountered an issue in regards with the interaction on some of my slides in the project, however it was viewed on mobile (iOS 13.6, to be specific). All worked out fine when viewed from PC/Mac and android mobile it just so happens this occurred when viewed from iOS. Is this a compatibility issue? perhaps a trigger-counter issue?

Issues:

  • Slider Interaction (screenrecord attached) - includes Motion path animation
Somehow at the beginning of the slide, one slider moves automatically that shows a layer and goes the same way for the two other sliders.
  • Dial Interaction (screenshot attached) -  includes a motion path animation.
In this slide, user has to rotate the dial one by one like how it is supposed to, however at the beginning of the slide the pointer is already at the end and it shows all the text in different layers. This goes for both screenshots attached.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated, thanks!

Hi Carl!

I don't see any current bug reports for the way sliders and dials behave using an iOS device! We'd love to figure this one out with you!

I've created a sample project on my end and tested the course on an iPhone 11 using iOS 13.5. Unfortunately, I didn't see a similar snag. I've attached the screen recording to this reply.

Would you mind attaching your file so we can dig deeper into what you're seeing on your end?
