We have an intermittent issue with some of our courses where the learner has achieved a pass score in the test but the LMS does not appear to receive/recognise it. Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone have any ideas what might cause this?
I've experienced it in Storyline 2 and 3. Courses are published to SCORM 1.2 LMS with reporting status Passed/Failed.
One of my clients had that issue with their LMS (Saba). It happened when the Results slide was the last slide of the course.
The solution was to add another slide. Apparently, when the user left the Results slide, that allowed the LMS to see the Results. To ensure the learner would go to the last slide, I always added a message on the Results slide that told them they had to click Next to submit their score.
That may not be what's causing your problem, but if your courses do end on the Results slide, it'd be relatively quick to give this solution a try.
