Viewing Storyline in Internet Explorer is only supported for versions 6 and later, but it's interesting that it's not showing in Chrome either. If you're able to share the .story file with us here we're happy to take a look and I can also test it in a newer version of IE as well. If you'd prefer to share it privately you can share it here.
