Interruptions to Storyline360 sessions (required to log in)

I've been using Storyline 360 (and Review) quite happily for about 8 hours today on the same computer, when suddenly I get a message asking me to Exit or log into Articulate 360 to continue. This is happening most days, at unexpected moments, and it's a pain. Any idea how I can reliably stay logged into Articulate and be left to get my work done in peace?

Hi David,

That does sound frustrating, and I'm glad you reached out!

Users are signed out of Articulate 360 every 30 days (or after 7 days of inactivity), where signing back in should help. Either scenario applies to your experience, so I'm going to enlist our Support team's help.
